    In Pursuit Of has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Digital Manager to join the team to implement and institutionalize innovative digital strategies of a growing team - and their customers at premier national grassroots organization Americans for Prosperity!     Responsibilities

    CORE ROLES + RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Leader and mentor: Lead, manage, and grow a team of digital strategists – serve as their mentor/coach and develop them professionally as employees and experts in their field.
    • Drive effective and consistent digital outcomes: Serve as the digital lead point of contact for state-based clients, ensuring day-to-day needs are being met and long-term strategies are developed to drive toward grassroots, advocacy, and communications goals.
    • Collaborator and connector: Work across internal teams and capabilities – such as research, writing, press, legal, and policy – to develop and execute digital marketing content.
    • Grow a digital grassroots army: Cultivate, engage, retain and grow digital audiences and online activists, supporting state-based social media as needed.
    • Champion of best-practices: Assist with state-based email marketing efforts, ensuring products are effective and in line with best practices around email content and healthy list-building.
    • Brand ambassador: Ensure brand consistency and quality across state-based digital efforts, guiding stakeholders to better branding decisions.
    • Strategize and execute: See digital advertising through conceptualization to completion; work with advertising capability to ensure digital advertising strategies meet client goals at the appropriate budget levels.

    Qualifications

    Before applying, please consider the following:

     

    Do you possess:

    • Strong management and direct supervisory experience; a minimum of 3-4 years is preferred. You not only manage projects, you manage people and are responsible to help them reach their full potential.
    • Significant experience in social media, digital advertising, and/or marketing required. Experience with grassroots a plus. 

    If the answer is yes, you likely already:

    • Demonstrate strong, proactive written communications skills and have an ability to distill complex policy into accessible and digestible messaging.
    • Have the ability to work productively and collaboratively with a broad range of colleagues and stakeholders across the country simultaneously, under tight deadlines, adapting to changing conditions in a fast-paced environment.
    • Prioritize organization, with keen attention to detail and a mind towards legal compliance.
    • Enthusiastic and respectful team player with a positive attitude.
